GENERAL PROVISIONS: SILVER SHARK International Festival is held in Ukraine annaually. Anyone is eligible to partake in the Festival. To partake in the Festival, one must: fill in and submit to the Organisers’ Committee of the Festival the registration form; pay the Festival participant’s fee (EURO 25). The closing date for registration of participants is March 15 2010. All works must relate to underwater theme and be submitted to the Organisers’ Committee of the Festival not later than March 15 2010. The Organisers’ Committee of the Festival shall not assume any commitments as to delivery of works, but please contact us before sending your works on Organisers’ Committee adress. Every submitted work must be signed in the following order: last name, first name of the author city, country nomination name of work (if exist) duration (for films) Only those works that passed pre-selection are eligible to the Festival’s competition. Any pre-selection decisions are final and conclusive. To be mentioned in the Festival’s Almanac,TV and press participants are expected to submit to the Organisers’ Committee the following (besides the registration form): photo(s) of author(-s) of work(s) photocopies of works (stop frame for video works). submited registration form By submitting works, the Festival’s participants hereby agree to the possibility that their works may be used by Organisers’ Committee in matters of popularising the Festival, diving, underwater art, and recreational activities. When used thereto, it is guaranteed that name of respective author shall be mentioned without, however, any fee paid to the author. Any Festival’s participant is entitled to a free invitation to the Festival.
